I’m Beethoven, a Haitian real estate professional currently based in New York, with years of experience living and working in the Dominican Republic, particularly in the Punta Cana real estate market.

For me, real estate has never been only about properties. It’s about people, dreams, connection, and the life we hope to create around the places we call home.

That philosophy is at the heart of Bee-connect: reconnecting with ourselves, with others, and with the life we truly want to experience. I bring that same intention into my work in real estate.

Today, I help people in New York and abroad discover property and investment opportunities in Punta Cana. Whether you are looking for a second home, a place to create memories with your family, or an investment for your future, my role is to help you understand your options and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Because investing from another country can feel overwhelming, I also believe deeply in being present beyond the sale—offering guidance, local knowledge, and support throughout the process.

I don’t simply want to help you buy a property. I want to help you connect your investment with the life you are building.

Because a home is more than walls, and an investment is more than numbers.
Ultimately, it should bring value to your life.
